I'm an Avionics Design Engineer at PSYC Aerospace and Defence Industries in Bengaluru — owning end-to-end development of 8+ embedded avionics platforms for UAV, aerospace, and defence. My work spans schematic capture, multilayer PCB layout (up to 6 layers), DFM/DFA review, board bring-up, and MAVLink-based flight-system integration.
Earlier I interned at IIIT Kottayam simulating a 5 GHz CMOS VCO in Cadence Virtuoso. My projects include 4-layer BLDC motor controllers (VECTOR), 6-layer CM5 UAV companion computer boards (Minima — not a flight controller), precision payload winch controllers (SKYHOOK), 4-channel servo interface avionics (APEX), mixed-signal EEG acquisition hardware, and security/deterrent systems.
I thrive where precision electronics meets real-world systems — where a routed trace becomes a motor spinning, a sensor reading, or a drone flying. Every board I ship is designed to IPC standards with production release in mind.

Experience
— Aug 2026
- Owned end-to-end development of 8+ embedded avionics platforms: schematic capture, multilayer PCB layout, BOM generation, DFM/DFA review, board bring-up, and fabrication release.
- Designed ESP32 avionics controllers for Pixhawk 2.4.8 and Cube Orange flight controllers.
- Implemented MAVLink UART telemetry, AUX-triggered payload actuation, and RC-preset release logic.
- Configured full RC control chains using Mission Planner, RadioMaster Pocket, and FlySky for mission-mode ground testing.
- Developed PlatformIO firmware with WiFi provisioning, browser OTA updates, and custom web GUI — independent of Mission Planner.
- Integrated 8+ SPI/I2C/UART/CAN peripherals across multiple platforms; executed hardware debugging and prototype validation.
- Simulated a 5 GHz current-starved CMOS Voltage-Controlled Oscillator (VCO) using LTspice and Cadence Virtuoso.
- Analysed transistor-level RF and oscillator design fundamentals for high-frequency analog applications.
